Ladder software, hosted for you

Run your community's own competitive ladder,
without building it yourself

RunMyLadder is a full ladder platform — match reporting and approval, ELO rankings, teams, a cosmetics store, live events, and an admin dashboard — hosted under your own branding for a monthly subscription. No engineering team required.

Free plan available — ad-supported, no card required.

Everything a ladder community needs

The same engine running live communities today — packaged so any community can subscribe and launch their own instance.

Match reporting & approval

Players report results, opponents confirm, admins arbitrate disputes — all tracked with a full audit trail.

ELO rankings & records

Solo, duos, teams, or free-for-all ladders with rating history, leaderboards, and season archives.

Cosmetics & a token economy

A points-driven store, daily rewards, ribbons and themes players redeem — built-in progression that keeps players coming back.

Challenges & dynamic events

Head-to-head challenges, parlay-style side bets, and seasonal events layered on top of the core ladder.

Community & scheduling

A built-in hangout space, match scheduling with calendar export, and notifications so nothing gets missed.

Admin dashboard

Manage players, ratings, roles, matches, and site-wide announcements from one console — no database console required.

How it works

From "we want a ladder" to a live site, in four steps.

Start free, or subscribe

Create an account and you're on the ad-supported Free plan straight away. Paid plans are billed monthly, cancel any time — there's no long-term contract.

Tell us about your community

Your game, ladder formats (solo/duos/team/FFA), and branding — name, colors, and logo.

We provision your instance

A dedicated site connected to your own database, so your community's data is never mixed with anyone else's.

You go live

Invite your players, open registration, and start reporting matches. We handle hosting and updates.

Bring your own backend

Every instance runs on its own database — your community's data belongs to your community. Support for additional providers is on the roadmap as the platform grows beyond its first backend.

Questions

Is this ready today?

RunMyLadder is in early access. The core platform is live and running; onboarding is currently handled directly rather than through automated self-serve checkout.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes — create an account and you're on it, no card and no approval step. It's supported by ads shown to your players and is limited compared to the paid tiers; every paid plan removes the ads entirely.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your community's data lives in your own database. You can request an export at any time.

Can we use our own game/branding?

Yes — the ladder engine (match reporting, ELO, teams, store, events) is game-agnostic. Branding, ladder formats, and ruleset details are configured per community.

What database does this run on?

Firebase today. Support for additional database providers is planned so communities aren't locked into one backend.
